Kazakhstan Fashion Week Astana presents Fashion For Future Contest 2.0

Kazakhstan Fashion Week Astana presents Fashion For Future Contest 2.0 for the World Italian Design Day with the support from IED – Istituto Europeo di Design.

Kazakhstan Fashion Week Astana with the support from IED – Istituto Europeo di Design, ATU – Almaty Technological University and Italian Embassy in Kazakhstan will announce the second edition of Fashion For Future Contest in occasion of the World Italian Design Day on March 2nd at 3 PM in the location of Almaty Technological University, 100 Tole bi Str., Almaty.

Ms. Zhanat Abulkasimova, one of the last year winners, will talk about the first edition of the contest held in capital of Kazakhtsan in November 2017. Thanks to a valuable contribution of Ms. Irina Baizhanova, General Producer of KFW ASTANA, five winners had a chance to experience a real fashion event and to demonstrate their capsule collections to international visitors and press.

Mr Alexander Gray – producer and choreographer of KFW ASTANA and Ms Guldana Kanabekova – coordinator of KFW ASTANA will launch the second edition of Fashion For Future Contest and will talk about KFW ASTANA. Ms. Raushan Zhilisbayeva, Dean of the Faculty of “Consumer Industry and Design” of Almaty Technological University, will talk about the double-degree with IED Como – Accademia di Belle Arti “Aldo Galli” and ATU. Ms Korlan Madi, brand Ambassador of KFW ASTANA in Europe, founder and owner of KKapsule fashion portal and design store featuring IED Alumni collections is the official testimonial of the Contest.
